INTENTIONS II IS A MUSIC VIDEO PROJECT FOR ARTIST: OSAS
THE SINGLE WAS OSAS' FIRST RELEASE OF 2025 AND WANTED TO IT TO SYMBOLISE THE START OF A NEW ERA OF HIS MUSIC.
The rollout started with this video. Osas wanted to go into the year with a dark and mysterious feel to him. I think why this worked because there were so many different elements that could interest people. The instrumental itself was a lot different to what people would've heard from Osas during the year so this sudden change in his sound would've caught people's attention.

The video itself barely has any lyrics and I think that added to the mystery. The video also doesn't necessarily follow a story its more just a sequence of clips, but I just wanted to make something that reflects what I'm hearing and think this works really well.

Overall, I think the lack of detail into what this is, is what gave people who watched this something to look forward to.
As much as Osas wanted to rebrand himself through the music and this video, I knew it was important to the have this consistency across all platforms. The image on the left is from a quick press shoot and the image on the right is the cover art for Intentions II itself. I think both photos capture perfectly what we were going for and especially because they're so different to how we've been shooting recently, even if someone hadn't heard the music or follows Osas closely, seeing this alone would allow them to realise that there's a shift happening.
With the video itself I just tried to follow the same criteria: dark, very shadowy. I knew I wanted the video to be slow so I made all the shots look really clean and cinematic to balance that. We also decided to post the full video full on Instagram and as it stands its has a almost 20k views and currently his most shared video.
When I listened to the song trying to come up with ideas I also saw like a red highlight or accent, I’m not sure why but I wanted make having a hint of red a motif throughout all throughout the creative process.

When planning the content Osas mentioned he wanted a lot of still shots so we used them all throughout the pre-release content. With the second video specifically I lowered the exposure on the footage a lot to make the lyrics stand out more. My aim of this video was more to get the viewers to focus on the lyrics and what he’s saying and have the footage as some to just keep it engaging. This video was even a lot more successful and got 20k more views on instagram than the first video.
With the video Osas mentioned that he wanted to follow the same look for the Title as the first Intentions which was something I just did randomly so it didn’t look boring. With the video I tried to make Osas as isolated as possible, the song is very personal and I wanted the video to feel that way. I used to range of still shots and gimbal shots to make everything clean and smooth. I used a lot of locations with some sort of red hint, whether it was the lights, or a building and Osas even wore a red jacket. We shot at night and pretty much followed the same principles and the short form content.
